I’m sitting in my armchair with a glass of wine in my hand.

Relax of course.

I look at the clock on the VCR player. The green digital numbers show 22.32. Friday evening.

I know what I did 24 hours ago. Oh yes I do!

I had pizza.

And not any pizza. No local stuff.

Foreign.

So good! The best one.



Let me try to explain; well the dough in the middle was thin, crispy.

The edges a little burned, as they should be if you bake it in a hot, hot stone oven.

And then you have the filling. God what a filling!

The best buffalo mozzarella cheese floating out reaching for the edges.

A cream made of only sun-mellowed artichokes and sea salt. That twist of sea salt really makes the difference. Without it, the pizza is not the same pleasure.



Well, that’s the pizza. Very simple but yet so……..so tasteful. Yes, that’s the word. Tasteful.



My glass is empty now. That wine goes perfect with that pizza.

Pizza and wine. What more do you need?



I go out in the kitchen and takes out the phone book. I’m looking for “P”.

“P” for Pizza deliverance.

Sommaren är här,hur varmt som helst. Har en stark känsla av att det kommer bli den bästa sommaren någonsin!
Idag ska jag på intervju och förhoppningsviss blir heltids anställd snarast :)
I Juni drar jag rogga och sanna på Peace and love,först som funktionärer sen för att svina som aldrig förr :D Sen efter det blir det nog en trip till stockholm sen Götet!
Är verkligen sugen att dra utomlands med,men kanske skulle vara nice att ha en hel sommar i sverige för engång skull? Lite omväxling :)

Har hänt mycket sen senast,massa grillningar,party till solnedgången och härliga söndagar! Är omgiven av massa härliga människor som gör mina dagar! LIvet är bra nu!
